Medfield MA Market Report for October 2011
The enclosed flip book contains the real estate market report for the month of October 2011.
Medfield MA is a small community that lies approximately 17 Miles south west of Boston. Unique in many ways including the name (the only town of it's name), it has deep roots in American history and the local historical committee strives to preserve that. Lowell Mason's home (think, "Mary had a Little Lamb") has recently been saved and moved to a new site for restoration. The Dwight Derby home, one of the oldest in the country has also been saved for all to enjoy.
Medfield is known for it's commitment to education and quality of life for the residents. The picturesque center of town is bordered by tree lined streets graced with shops and galleries. There is an old fashioned "soda fountain" in the quaint, you can find anything here, department store.
Still governed by town meeting form of government, a resident can really have his say. The Trustees of the Reservation maintain Rocky Woods Reservation and the Great Rhododendron Preserve in town for all to enjoy.
