Remax Executive Realty Recognizes the Need for Agents to Have Fun!
I know that I work for a great company, but sometimes they just surprise you by letting you know that they see what's going on and that they care. I've been affiliated with Remax Executive Realty for years. I know that the owner Bill Wright and manager Barbara Todaro are always there to pick up the phone to answer a question, to be a sounding board, give advice or opinion, or support when needed.
They offer classes, (for free), and come up with ways to keep their Agents on top of the market with ways to wow buyers and sellers and in general to make things easier for their agents to succeed. This is all what good management would do to help to make their company a leader in the marketplace. Remax Executive Realty has done this well and market statistics continue to prove that out.
On top of it's Residential, Commercial and Property Management Divisions, they have a Charitable Foundation. I've written about that in a prior post, where they supported the Buddy Bowl. A charitable flag foot ball game that supports and gives money to wounded veterans. Naturally they do much more than that, but that just happened to be one thing that I was personally involved in.
But hows this?
The owner Bill Wright decides that his agents need to have more fun in the job!
Well, I happen to agree. Especially in this market where everything is increasingly difficult. He feels that the agents will do well by getting together in some non real estate related events to just to break loose a bit and have a little fun, release some stress! Not only will he support that in theory, but will help finance some events to this end.
I don't know what those events might be yet. But I do know that he has formed a committee to work on getting this off the ground. I will keep you posted as to how it goes and to what is planned.
But, I think it's a good idea, and he is a stand up guy for initiating something that has nothing to do with making him money.
Remax Executive is a great place to work, haha, and maybe now to play!
