Al and Cal Homes and Community: Remax Executive Realty Recognizes the Need for Agents to Have Fun!

Remax Executive Realty Recognizes the Need for Agents to Have Fun!

Remax Executive Realty Recognizes the Need for Agents to Have Fun!

I know that I work for a great company, but sometimes they just surprise you by letting you know that they see what's going on and that they care.   I've been affiliated with Remax Executive Realty for years.    I know that the owner Bill Wright and manager Barbara Todaro are always there to pick up the phone to answer a question, to be a sounding board, give advice or opinion, or support when needed.

They offer classes, (for free), and come up with ways to keep their Agents on top of the market with ways to wow buyers and sellers and in general to make things easier for their agents to succeed.    This is all what good management would do to help to make their company a leader in the marketplace.     Remax Executive Realty has done this well and market statistics continue to prove that out.

On top of it's Residential, Commercial and Property Management Divisions, they have a Charitable Foundation.    I've written about that in a prior post, where they supported the Buddy Bowl.   A charitable flag foot ball game that supports and gives money to wounded veterans.  Naturally they do much more than that, but that just happened to be one thing that I was personally involved in.

But hows this?Remax Balloon at Franklin MA

The owner Bill Wright decides that his agents need to have more fun in the job!

Well, I happen to agree.  Especially in this market where everything is increasingly difficult.    He feels that the agents will do well by getting together in some non real estate related events to just to break loose a bit and have  a little fun, release some stress!    Not only will he support that in theory, but will help finance some events to this end.

I don't know what those events might be yet.   But I do know that he has formed a committee to work on getting this off the ground.    I will keep you posted as to how it goes and to what is planned.

But, I think it's a good idea, and he is a stand up guy for initiating something that has nothing to do with making him money.

Remax Executive is a great place to work, haha, and maybe now to play!

Just saying.

Good for him...but I think it has Everything to do with making everyone money....happy realtors are productive realtors...and that makes everyone money.

Carol Ann: When you know management has your back and wants you to be as happy as can be it really does help with your productivity.

Hi Carol Ann....thanks for the mention....Bill Wright does a great job of making every year a better one for all of the agents....we have a good office with people who work well with one another.....rarely do you find an office that has no bad apples....we've done our cleansing and now we have a well groomed group of agents who work well together....you and Al are at the top of that list.

Nice post Cal, we would all burn out quickly in these difficult times if we didn't get a laugh or some fun occasionally.

I think we are blessed for my company is very similar. They even changed our commission schedule about 2 years ago allowing us for 6 sides to be at the highest percentage we had in the last 3 years and again set a minimum of 70% for last year. Sure made these times a lot better. cheers cvc

Cal gal - sounds like a good way to keep the troops spirits up. Smart and so what if it increases productivity? That's not a bad thing. Lol.

That sounds pretty fabulous Carol Ann.  It's good to know that you have great leadership looking out for your welfare and that know that sometimes letting everything go and relaxing is the best way to get the best production out of people.  Can't wait to see the great posts you come up with when you have your fun :)!

Hi Carol,

Re Max Executives sounds like a very well run organization and probably very successful. Good managers find proper means to motivate employees and bad managers use threats, etc. You folks are lucky enough to work for a good group. Congrats to your management team for a job well done.

We are back from our cruise and I want to say thank you for all of your wonderful comments. I am just doing a quick fly by tonight but I will try to catchup with your blog as the days go by.
